WOOTD: At home, bodyweight circuit for legs and abs

Hey guys! Outside of the gym, I often have a difficult time creating new and exciting workouts to challenge me and get my heart rate up, but after this circuit, I WAS DYIN’. You can do this plyos-centric circuit completely with your own bodyweight, but if you have dumbbells and want to make this workout more challenging, try adding some weight! Check it out and let me know if you guys like it!

    • 20 sec surrender squats (kneeling into squat position)
    • 20 sec plank hip twists
    • 20 sec rest
    • Repeat x3!
  • 1 MIN REST
  • Circuit 2:Β 
    • 20 sec in-n-out jump squats (sumo stance wide squats into narrow squats)
    • 20 sec toe-touch crunch
    • 20 sec rest
    • Repeat x3
  • 1 MIN REST
  • Circuit 3:Β 
    • 20 sec alternating jumping lunges
    • 20 sec Russian twists
    • 20 sec rest
    • Repeat x3
